Navy color jacket made of 96% polyester 4% spandex bonded outer shell. Active stretch, breathable wind and water proof fabric. Adjustable Velcro cuff closures, plus 2 zippered front pockets, 1 right chest zippered pocket and 2 inside pockets. Can be worn straight or pulled with hidden draw string. Large IROA logo across back and Scale logo in front of jacket.
Sold only to current full IROA Officials. (ID number required)
